What is custom technology integration, and how does it differ from off-the-shelf solutions?

• • Our professional installers specialize in concealing all of the wiring and supporting electronics to leave you with a clean and elegant implementation of technology in your home. Simply mounting a TV on the wall does not address the wiring (power, HDMI, etc), the location of the video sources (cable box, blu-ray player, etc) and audio output (sound bars, in-wall/in-ceiling speakers, etc)

What types of systems can you integrate?

• • We can integrate nearly anything that runs on electricity. Everything from lighting and motorized window shades to home theatre systems and whole home audio systems.

Can you help with designing a home theater system?

• • Of course! We are here for you for every step of the process. We handle everything from wiring to the final calibration.  

What is the latest technology in home automation?

• • AI voice control is the latest addition to a fully integrated home. Simply make a verbal request and watch it happen like magic.

How do you ensure compatibility between different components of the system?

• • Depending on the implementation and system size; we have various options to unify the control of all components.

Installation & Setup

When should we start the process?

• • The earlier in the homes planning/construction; the better. Our install process with a brand new build starts during the wiring phase before the drywall is installed.

Do you offer a warranty or service plan for your installations?

• • We offer a 1 year warranty our work and will be around for much longer to support the products we sell and install.

Will the installation cause any damage to my property?

• • We will never damage your property. With your approval we may have to make minor modifications to achieve your desired goals.

Can you work with my existing equipment or do we need to buy everything new?

• • We have the ability to integrate all types of equipment; new and old. Some older equipment may need to be updated to have the desired functionality.

Can you create a system that’s tailored to my specific needs and preferences??
